About Us

The founder of the organization started out building luxury homes in Northern Virginia for one of the nation’s largest home builders. Working hands on to deliver high quality in a fast pace real estate environment, the systems were established to streamline the construction process. Obtaining an Architectural Engineering Degree and Construction Management Degree from a premier school in Boston, MA, he created a seamless relationship between the design and construction team while keeping the customers goals the focus of the project.

NOVA Retail Solutions have been working with the top developers in Northern Virginia for the last 14 years, solidifying a wide range of experience to tailor a specific strategy to make the project a success.

From site analysis, lease review, landlord work letters, and complete design documents; we have the experience to identify the scope of work, budgets, and time line to insure the best team is established.

The experience accumulated over the years allows our Project Managers and Field Superintendents to make proactive decisions to keep the project on budget and schedule throughout the entire construction process. Through the efficient allocation of resources and synergetic team coordination, the project team consistently delivers high quality services.
